We live in a completely renovated old farmhouse. Electric installation in three-phase due to the water-water heat pump. The structure of the habitat is wooden frame.

I am a caterer and my premises are on the ground floor of an old barn that we have completely renovated, however we had occasional visits from little mice.

We contacted this company, a friend of which advised me (she herself was delighted with the product), but the finding after a few weeks was less conclusive… Still droppings!!!

We called the company and quickly mr Bickel came to see. After discussion with him to understand why, and having failed to tell him at our first meeting, our electrical system is three-phase.

In our Alsatian-style house, we had weasels that
